Products & services
Pegasystems’ Pega Platform combines low-code application development with workflow and case management, robotic process automation, AI and business rules to automate end-to-end processes. Its Pega Blueprint uses generative AI to turn business requirements and legacy documentation into proposed process and application designs; developers can then build and adapt applications using low-code tools and AI assistance. Pega also applies these tools to legacy transformation, helping identify opportunities to simplify older systems and modernize them while retaining business logic.[2][10][11][12]
Pega Customer Decision Hub is a real-time decision engine that uses predictive analytics, machine learning and business rules to select customer actions, offers, content and channels. Pega Customer Engagement Blueprint supports customer-journey and engagement-strategy design. Pega Customer Service provides omnichannel contact-center tools, case management, chat, knowledge management, mobile field service, self-service and AI virtual assistants; Pega Sales Automation supports sales processes from prospecting through fulfillment and customer onboarding. Pega also offers industry-specific applications, including Pega Know Your Customer and Pega Smart Dispute for financial services.[3][13][14][15]
Pega Cloud hosts the Platform and applications for development, testing and deployment; customers can also manage deployments in a cloud environment of their choice. Services include Pega Consulting for planning, design, implementation and assurance; Pega Catalyst for customer-journey transformation and prototyping; technical support and cloud reliability services; and Pega Academy training for clients, partners and employees.[16][17][18][19][20]
Pega reports revenue by stream rather than by individual product. For the six months ended June 30, 2026, subscription services accounted for 67% of revenue, including Pega Cloud at 49% and maintenance at 18%; subscription license revenue was 21%, and consulting was 12%.[21] [2][10][11][12][3][13][14][15][16][17][18][19][20][21][21][21][21][21][21]

The segment comprises the company’s software business focused on case management, business process management and real-time decisioning; management reviews its financial results on a consolidated basis.[26][27]
The company also disaggregates revenue by stream, but these are not separate reportable segments. For the six months ended June 30, 2026, Pega Cloud contributed approximately 49.3% of revenue, subscription license 20.8%, maintenance 17.6% and consulting 12.3%, calculated from the reported amounts and total revenue of $850.7 million.[28]
