Overview
Zeta Global Holdings Corp. is a marketing-technology company focused on helping businesses acquire, retain and grow customer relationships. Its platform combines consumer data, AI and marketing software to plan and activate campaigns across digital channels.[1]
The company’s central offering is the Zeta Marketing Platform, which combines customer-data management, audience intelligence and campaign activation. Its products include tools for omnichannel messaging, customer-data management and paid-media activation. Zeta states its mission as “Accelerate Brand Growth.” [2][3][4][5][6][7]
Zeta reports a worldwide workforce of more than 2,000 and offices across the Americas, Europe and Asia-Pacific. It reported FY2025 revenue of approximately $1.305 billion.[8][9] [1][2][3][4][5][6][8][9][7]
Products & services
Zeta’s Zeta Marketing Platform (ZMP) uses identity data, machine learning and generative AI to predict consumer intent, personalize messages and optimize campaigns across native channel integrations and third-party APIs. Zeta SuperGraph supports identity resolution, while Zeta Answers combines Zeta and customer data to generate audience insights and marketing programs across channels including email, SMS, websites, apps, social, connected TV and chat.[10][11] Zeta Answers also provides intent scores and market, customer, prospect, competitor and location intelligence.[5]
Named platform offerings include Zeta Messaging/ESP, which supports segmentation, campaign automation, content and recommendation optimization, and enterprise-scale omnichannel delivery; Zeta CDP+, which consolidates customer and prospect data into a unified view for real-time identification and activation; and Zeta DSP, which supports paid-media targeting and optimization across desktop, mobile, inbox, connected TV and social.[2][3][4] Athena by Zeta is a conversational interface for operating the platform using natural-language instructions and agents.[12] The company also earns professional-services fees, alongside subscription and volume-based utilization fees.[13]
For the six months ended June 30, 2026, 73% of revenue came from direct-platform activity and 27% from integrated-platform activity using third-party integrations; these figures describe platform delivery mix, not revenue attributable to individual products.[13] [10][11][5][2][3][4][12][13]
Geographic presence
Zeta Global’s operations are based primarily in the United States, with its headquarters in New York City. Its 2025 Form 10-K also describes operations in the UK, EU, India, Australia, New Zealand and other locations. New York supports go-to-market, customer success, shared services and infrastructure; San Francisco is an innovation hub. The company says its European, Australian and New Zealand offices focus on go-to-market and customer success, while its India offices focus on innovation, infrastructure and shared services.[14][15]
For FY2025, a third-party revenue breakdown estimates that about 95.5% of revenue came from the U.S. and 4.5% from international markets; these are provider-derived estimates, not a company-stated geographic revenue split.[16] The company reported approximately 3,300 employees at year-end 2025, including about 2,000 outside the U.S.; it does not provide a country-by-country employee distribution in the cited disclosure.[17] Its official locations information lists offices including New York, London and Hyderabad, and identifies Bangalore and Melbourne among other locations.[18] [14][15][16][17][18]
Business segments
Zeta Global Holdings Corp. reports one operating segment, its consolidated marketing-technology business; it does not disclose separate reportable business segments. That segment represents approximately 100% of consolidated revenue, while the company does not report revenue percentages for individual offerings.[19][20]
The business focuses on helping enterprises acquire, grow, and retain customer relationships through a platform combining proprietary data, AI, and software. Its offerings include Email Service Provider (ESP), CDP+ for unifying consumer data, identity resolution, and cross-channel engagement, and DSP for paid-media activation, attribution, and optimization. These are product offerings, not separately reported segments.[1][21][3][4][5] [19][20][1][21][3][4][5]
