Company history
WSP Global traces its origins to GENIVAR, which was formed in Quebec in 1993 through mergers and acquisitions. In 2012, GENIVAR acquired the UK-based consultancy WSP, creating a group with about 15,000 employees at the time. It adopted the WSP Global name in January 2014 and acquired Parsons Brinckerhoff later that year.[1]
