Products & services

VZ Holding provides financial advice and wealth-management services covering retirement planning, investment and asset assessment, real-estate financing, tax and insurance optimisation, and succession planning [1]. Its digital VZ Financial Portal consolidates information such as balances, mortgages, insurance, taxes, total assets and payment flows; the associated trading service offers real-time trading and, in its Pro version, analysis of more than 6,500 global shares and recommendations on 200 Swiss shares [6].

Its banking service is provided through VZ Depository Bank. HypothekenZentrum connects mortgage borrowers with institutional investors in prime mortgages. Pension and occupational-benefit offerings include collective pension schemes, investment foundations, executive pension plans, vested-benefit accounts and Pillar 3a foundations. Insurance offerings include property-and-casualty cover for individuals and death-and-disability reinsurance for pension foundations [6].

In FY2025, VZ reported CHF574.5 million in revenue. AuM management fees were CHF382.1 million (about 66.5% of revenue), banking income CHF93.5 million (16.3%), consulting fees CHF43.8 million (7.6%), other management fees CHF37.5 million (6.5%), insurance result CHF16.5 million (2.9%), and other revenue CHF1.1 million (0.2%). These are revenue categories rather than individual product shares; AuM management fees include asset-management and client-service fees, net all-in and deposit fees, and fees for managing residential-property mortgages [9][10]. Geographic presence

VZ Group operates across Switzerland, Germany and the UK, with more than 40 locations. VZ Holding Ltd is headquartered in Zug and has branch offices in Switzerland, Germany and England.[11][12]

In FY2025, revenue was CHF 541.877 million in Switzerland and CHF 32.600 million in Europe excluding Switzerland, or approximately 94.3% and 5.7% of total revenue of CHF 574.477 million, respectively. The reported regional breakdown does not provide country-level revenue within the Europe grouping.[13] [11]

Business segments

VZ Group reports one business segment, so that segment represents 100% of reported revenue. The Group describes its focus as individuals and couples over 50 with residential property, alongside advice to corporate clients on insurance and occupational-pension matters; these customer groups and services are not reported as separate segments.[14][15]

For context, the FY2025 revenue categories provide an activity mix, not an official segment split. As approximate shares of total revenue of CHF 574.477 million, management fees were 73.0% (AuM fees CHF 382.096 million and other management fees CHF 37.533 million); banking income was 16.3%; consulting fees were 7.6%; the insurance result was 2.9%; and other revenues were 0.2%.[16] The official investor-relations page lists the H1 2026 report as the latest reporting-period document as of 4 October 2026.[17] [14]
