Updated

Overview

TG Therapeutics, Inc. is a commercial-stage biopharmaceutical company focused on developing and commercializing treatments for B-cell-mediated diseases, including autoimmune conditions. Its marketed product, BRIUMVI® (ublituximab-xiiy), is used to treat relapsing forms of multiple sclerosis; its development programs include azer-cel, an investigational CAR-T therapy, and subcutaneous ublituximab.[1] The company describes its purpose as using scientific advances to develop treatment options for patients, with a focus on B-cell biology.[5]

The United States is its primary direct commercial market, while ex-U.S. supply and commercialization involve licensing partner Neuraxpharm; BRIUMVI has also gained approvals in several international markets.[6][7] For scale, TG Therapeutics reported $616.3 million in total revenue for FY2025.[6] A third-party workforce listing reported 399 employees as of December 31, 2025.[8] [1]

Products & services

TG Therapeutics’ marketed product is BRIUMVI® (ublituximab-xiiy), an intravenous treatment for adults with relapsing forms of multiple sclerosis, including clinically isolated syndrome, relapsing-remitting MS, and active secondary progressive MS. The 150 mg/6 mL injection is given as a 150 mg initial infusion, a 450 mg infusion two weeks later, and then 450 mg every 24 weeks; the company describes the maintenance infusion as one hour and twice yearly.[9][10]

BRIUMVI generated all of the company’s reported net product revenue in the six months ended June 30, 2026: $437.1 million, comprising $422.5 million in U.S. sales and $14.6 million of sales to ex-U.S. licensing partner Neuraxpharm.[7]

The company is also developing subcutaneous ublituximab for relapsing MS, including a Phase 3 study of 8- and 12-week dosing regimens. Its pipeline includes Phase 2 BRIUMVI studies in myasthenia gravis and schizophrenia, and a Phase 1 program for azer-cel, an investigational donor-derived, allogeneic CD19-directed CAR-T therapy using ARCUS genome editing, for autoimmune diseases.[11] [9]

Geographic presence

TG Therapeutics’ product sales are concentrated in the United States. In FY2025, U.S. sales were $594.1 million, or approximately 97.9% of $606.9 million in net product revenue; sales to its ex-U.S. licensing partner Neuraxpharm were $12.8 million, or approximately 2.1%.[6][14] In the first half of 2026, U.S. sales were $422.5 million (approximately 96.7% of net product revenue), while sales to Neuraxpharm were $14.6 million.[7]

Neuraxpharm holds commercialization rights for BRIUMVI in certain markets outside the United States. It launched the product in Germany in February 2024; by the FY2025 filing, BRIUMVI was commercially available in several other EU countries and the United Kingdom, which the filing does not individually identify.[15][14]

The company lists its principal executive office in Morrisville, North Carolina. It also occupies approximately 45% of a 24,000-square-foot New York City office leased by Fortress Biotech.[16][14] [6]

Business segments

TG Therapeutics reports one operating and reportable segment, focused on B-cell mediated disease therapy. The segment encompasses the company’s development and commercialization activities, including BRIUMVI; the company does not report separate product or geographic segments.[17][18]

As a single-segment company, this segment represents the consolidated business (approximately 100%); this is inferred from the single-segment disclosure, rather than presented as a separate segment-revenue percentage. For the six months ended June 30, 2026, net product revenue was $437.1 million, comprising $422.5 million in U.S. sales and $14.6 million in sales to its ex-U.S. licensing partner. These geographic figures are revenue detail, not separate reportable segments.[7] [17]

Company history

TG Therapeutics’ corporate history began with a reverse acquisition in December 2011: Manhattan Pharmaceuticals acquired privately held TG Therapeutics, with TG’s former shareholders receiving a majority interest in the combined company. Manhattan Pharmaceuticals changed its name to TG Therapeutics, Inc. in April 2012. Michael S. Weiss, identified by the company as its founder, has led the company as chairman, president and CEO since December 2011.[19]

In January 2012, the company obtained exclusive worldwide rights, excluding France and Belgium, to develop and commercialize ublituximab. In 2021, the FDA granted accelerated approval to umbralisib (UKONIQ) for certain patients with relapsed or refractory lymphoma; the company voluntarily withdrew the product, and the FDA announced withdrawal of its approval in 2022 following safety concerns.[22]

A major milestone came in December 2022, when the FDA approved ublituximab-xiiy (BRIUMVI) for adults with relapsing forms of multiple sclerosis; U.S. commercial launch followed in January 2023. The European Commission approved BRIUMVI in June 2023, and TG later entered an agreement with Neuraxpharm to commercialize it outside the United States.[25]

In January 2024, TG expanded its development pipeline through a worldwide license agreement with Precision BioSciences for azer-cel. In September 2025, it began enrolling a Phase 3 program to evaluate a subcutaneous formulation of ublituximab in relapsing multiple sclerosis.[29][4] [22]
