STRIVE INC-A

Updated

Overview

Strive, Inc. is a U.S.-based company combining Bitcoin treasury operations with investment advisory and medical-device businesses. Its reported segments are Asset Management, Medical Device, and Corporate & Other; the medical-device business includes QuantaFlo, a product used to assess early signs of peripheral artery disease. Strive acquired Semler Scientific in January 2026, bringing the medical-device operations into the company.[1]

Founded in 2022, Strive says its mission is to maximize long-term shareholder value through capitalism, meritocracy, and innovation. It is headquartered in Dallas, Texas; the available sources establish a U.S. base but do not establish a broader operating footprint or a reliable employee count.[4] For the six months ended June 30, 2026, it reported total revenue of approximately $5.7 million, and at that date held 19,864 Bitcoin.[7][8] [1]

Products & services

Strive’s medical-device business includes QuantaFlo, an FDA-cleared vascular testing product. It uses a sensor clamp with infrared light and red-cell reflection to generate a blood-flow waveform, which proprietary software uses to assess circulation. The company offers medical-device products through software licensing, fee-per-test arrangements and hardware sales; customers include health plans and healthcare providers.[9]

Strive Asset Management provides investment advisory and sub-advisory services to exchange-traded funds and separate accounts. Its funds include DCAP, BUXX and DRLL; BUXX, for example, seeks current income while aiming to limit price volatility and maintain liquidity.[11] For the six months ended June 30, 2026, reported revenue was $2.859 million from advisory fees, $2.758 million from medical devices and $0.084 million from other revenue, out of $5.701 million total—approximately 50.2%, 48.4% and 1.5%, respectively. These percentages are calculated from the reported amounts.[7] [9]

Geographic presence

Strive, Inc. lists its principal executive office at 200 Crescent Ct., Suite 1400, Dallas, Texas 75201. The available disclosures do not establish this as its only office or operating location, and do not provide a geographic distribution of employees.[14]

The company does not disclose revenue by country or region. It attributes its entire loss from continuing operations before income taxes to the United States, but this does not indicate that all revenue or operations are U.S.-based.[15] [14][15]

Business segments

Strive’s latest reported structure has three segments. For the six months ended June 30, 2026, **Asset Management** (investment advisory services) generated $2.859 million, approximately 50.2% of segment revenue. **Medical Device** generated $2.758 million, approximately 48.4%; Semler Scientific identifies its QuantaFlo product as a point-of-care test for early signs of peripheral arterial disease. **Corporate & Other**, which includes bitcoin operations, generated $84,000, approximately 1.5%.[1] [1]

Company history

Asset Entities, the predecessor to today’s Strive, traces its origins to a general partnership established on August 1, 2020, by co-founders Arshia Sarkhani, Kyle Fairbanks, Jackson Fairbanks, and Arman Sarkhani. Its early activities included Discord communities and related education, marketing, and server services.[16] A separate business, Strive Asset Management, was founded by Vivek Ramaswamy and Anson Frericks in 2022 and launched its first ETF, the U.S. Energy ETF (DRLL), in August of that year.[5][19]

Asset Entities completed its IPO and began trading on Nasdaq under the ticker ASST in February 2023.[20] In September 2025, it completed its merger with Strive Enterprises, was renamed Strive, Inc., and became the listed parent of Strive Enterprises; Matthew Cole, who had joined Strive Asset Management in 2022 and became its CEO in 2023, became board chair.[21] Strive completed its acquisition of Semler Scientific on January 16, 2026, adding its Bitcoin reserve and chronic-disease technology business, including QuantaFlo.[23][24] [16]
