Company history

In 2015, SPX spun off SPX FLOW, distributing its Flow Technology and Hydraulic Technologies businesses. A 2022 holding-company reorganization established SPX Technologies, Inc. as the successor to SPX Corporation; that year, the company also sold its Marley-Wylain/SPX Cooling Technologies business. Subsequent acquisitions included ASPEQ Heating Group in 2023, Ingénia Technologies in 2024, and Kranze Technology Solutions and Sigma Heating and Cooling/Omega Heat Pump in 2025.[26] [24]
