Its satellite service is available across the contiguous U.S., Washington, D.C., Canada and nearby waters, with coverage limitations in Puerto Rico; streaming is also available in Alaska and Hawaii. Canadian service is provided through Sirius XM Canada, an equity-method investment rather than a consolidated subsidiary.[2][11][12][13] The company also serves as exclusive advertising-sales representative for SoundCloud in the U.S. and certain unspecified European countries.[14]
Its reported offices and facilities span New York City (corporate headquarters), Washington, D.C., Miami Beach and Deerfield Beach, Florida; Los Angeles, California; Nashville, Tennessee; Lawrenceville and Vernon, New Jersey; Farmington Hills, Michigan; Irving, Texas; Ellenwood, Georgia; Fredericksburg and Ashburn, Virginia; and Dublin, Ireland. Business segments
Sirius XM Holdings reports two business segments. **SiriusXM** provides satellite and streaming audio entertainment, including music, sports, news, talk, comedy and podcasts, along with connected-vehicle and data services and related advertising and other revenue. It generated $6.417 billion, approximately 75% of consolidated revenue, in fiscal 2025.[1][19][20] **Pandora and Off-platform** encompasses Pandora’s streaming music services and off-platform audio advertising and related activities; it generated $2.141 billion, approximately 25% of consolidated revenue, in fiscal 2025.[21][22][20]
The percentages are calculated from reported segment revenue of $6.417 billion and $2.141 billion against consolidated revenue of $8.558 billion. The company also presents revenue by type, such as subscriber, advertising, equipment and other revenue; these are revenue categories, not additional business segments.[20][4] [1][19][21][22][20][20][20][4]
