Core provides tools for call tracking, scheduling and dispatch, customer communications, marketing automation, estimating, job costing, sales, inventory, and payroll integration; Pro adds capabilities to Core, while FinTech provides payment processing and access to third-party financing. In FY2026, the company also began piloting Max, which packages advanced functionality and AI features with expert guidance for AI automation.[9]

FieldPro, the evolution of Sales Pro, combines technician coaching and pre-job briefs with equipment recognition, recording and analysis of on-site interactions, training content, and troubleshooting resources.[14][15]

Geographic presence
ServiceTitan operates primarily in the United States and Canada, where it generates substantially all of its revenue from sales to trades businesses and transactions processed by those businesses. It does not disclose a revenue split or percentages by country.[19][20]
As of January 31, 2026, the company reported 3,414 employees (“Titans”) across the United States, Canada, Armenia, and other international locations, without a country-by-country breakdown. It also identifies Armenia, Macedonia, and Poland among locations where internationally distributed engineering service providers work.[21][20] Its principal executive office is in Glendale, California; the company states that it has seven offices globally, while an official announcement confirms an office in Armenia.[22][23][24] [19][20][21][22][23][24][23][24]
Business segments
ServiceTitan reports one operating and reportable segment; it does not disclose separate financial results or revenue contributions for its product offerings. Core, Pro, and FinTech are product categories, not reported business segments. Core supports contractor workflows such as scheduling, dispatch, customer communications, estimating, job costing, sales, inventory, and payroll integration; Pro offers additional functionality; and FinTech includes payment processing and third-party financing.[25][9]
As an alternative view of revenue mix, FY2026 revenue was approximately 74% subscription, 22% usage, and 4% professional services and other. Platform revenue represented about 96% of total revenue and comprises subscription and usage revenue, so these categories overlap and should not be interpreted as independent segments.[26][27][16] [25][9][26][27][16]
