Overview
Rumble is a digital-media and technology company whose core video platform enables creators to publish, livestream, distribute and monetize content. Its offerings include Rumble.com, Rumble Premium, Locals subscriptions and Rumble Studio. The company has also expanded into cloud, AI and high-performance computing infrastructure through Rumble Cloud and its 2026 acquisition of a majority stake in Northern Data.[1][2][3][4][5]
Founded in 2013, Rumble’s video-platform mission has centered on protecting a free and open internet; more recently, the company has described its broader mission as unlocking human imagination.[6][7][8] Headquartered in Longboat Key, Florida, Rumble serves a global audience and reported 56 million average global monthly active users in Q1 2026.[1][9] Revenue was $40.37 million for Q2 2026, the quarter ended June 30.[10] The latest filing identifies the reporting holding company as RUM Group Inc., formerly Rumble Inc.[11] [1][2][3][4][5][7][8][10][11][6][9]
Products & services
Rumble Video is a free video-sharing and livestreaming service where users can watch, upload and share on-demand videos and live streams, follow channels, and interact through likes and comments. It is available on web, mobile and connected-TV apps. Rumble Premium provides an ad-free experience and certain exclusive content, while Locals.com offers paid creator subscriptions and exclusive community content. Rumble Studio is a livestreaming and monetization tool that lets creators configure and control streams across multiple social platforms and use host-read ads and sponsorships.[3][4]
Rumble Wallet is a non-custodial wallet integrated with the platform for crypto tipping; the filing identifies support for USAT, USDT, Tether Gold (XAUt) and Bitcoin. Rumble Advertising Center (RAC) is an advertising marketplace offering access to Rumble and third-party publisher inventory, including display, pre- and mid-roll video ads, and creator sponsorships.[12][13] Rumble Cloud provides business cloud infrastructure and related services, including compute, storage, security and networking; its disclosed offerings include virtual machines, load balancing, object and block storage, Kubernetes orchestration and virtual private cloud. Rumble describes its virtual machines as using fourth-generation AMD EPYC processors, NVMe SSDs and dedicated vCPUs.[14][15]
The company groups revenue into Audience Monetization—including platform advertising, subscriptions, Locals and badges, licensed content, pay-per-view, tipping and platform-hosting fees—and Other Initiatives, which includes third-party-network advertising and cloud-related activities. Its filings do not disclose revenue contribution percentages for individual products such as Premium, Studio, Wallet, RAC or Cloud.[16][5] [3][4][12][13][14][15][16][5]
Geographic presence
Rumble lists its principal executive office at 444 Gulf of Mexico Dr., Longboat Key, Florida, and reports data-center operations in Boden, Sweden. It completed the acquisition of approximately 85% of Northern Data in June 2026; the filing lists subsidiaries incorporated in the United States, Canada, Germany, Ireland, Panama, North Macedonia and El Salvador, as well as acquired entities in Germany, Canada, Switzerland, Great Britain, Gibraltar, Ireland, the Netherlands, Norway, Portugal, Sweden and the United States. These subsidiary jurisdictions do not by themselves establish office, employee or operating-site locations.[17][18][19][20]
The company’s filings do not provide revenue by country or region. Historical audience data reported 52 million of 68 million average global monthly active users in Q4 2024 in the United States and Canada combined; it did not split the two countries, and this is audience—not revenue—geography.[21][22]
A 2024 submission by Rumble Canada to Canada’s Parliament listed a Toronto address and described the company as having headquarters in Canada and the United States; this is historical information and does not establish a current office list. The reviewed filings do not provide employee distribution by geography.[23] [17][18][19][20][21][22][23]
Business segments
Rumble Inc. reports one operating segment, rather than separately named reportable segments. Its activities span an online video platform for creators and a cloud and AI infrastructure business; in its Q2 2026 filing, the company said management was still determining what information to review regularly following its acquisition of Northern Data and that it currently operated as a single-segment entity.[24][1]
The company also discloses two revenue categories, which are not reportable segments: **Audience Monetization** covers platform advertising, subscriptions, Locals and badges, content licensing, pay-per-view, tipping, and hosting fees; **Other Initiatives** covers advertising on third-party publisher properties and cloud and infrastructure services, colocation, professional services, and Rumble Player licensing.[25][16][5] For FY2025, Audience Monetization generated $86.520 million, approximately 86% of revenue, and Other Initiatives generated $14.103 million, approximately 14%; these are revenue-category shares, while the single operating segment represents the company’s consolidated segment reporting.[26][27] [24][1][25][16][5][26][27]
Company history
Rumble was founded in 2013 by Chris Pavlovski, who bootstrapped the company and served as its CEO. In 2021, Rumble expanded into creator memberships by acquiring Locals. That year, it also agreed to combine with CF Acquisition Corp. VI; the transaction closed in September 2022, and the public company took the Rumble Inc. name, with Pavlovski continuing as CEO.[28][29][30][31]
In May 2023, Rumble acquired podcasting and livestreaming platform Callin; technology from Callin was used in Rumble Studio, launched in the first quarter of 2024. Rumble also launched its cloud-services business publicly in March 2024.[32] In December 2024, it announced a $775 million strategic investment from Tether, which closed in February 2025.[33][34] Rumble agreed to combine with Northern Data in November 2025 and acquired approximately 85% of its outstanding common shares in June 2026, expanding its plans in AI computing infrastructure.[35][2] [28][29][30][31][32][33][34][35][2]
