Products & services

Oscar Health offers ACA individual health insurance plans, including off-exchange and marketplace coverage, as well as plans for employees using an Individual Coverage Health Reimbursement Arrangement (ICHRA). Plans are available in Catastrophic, Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum metal tiers, with differing premiums and cost-sharing; some benefit designs address specific needs such as diabetes, asthma, and menopause. Oscar offers EPO plans in most markets and HMO plans in select markets.[3]

Plan services include virtual care, provider and hospital network access, and Care Guides who help members find providers and navigate care and costs. Oscar’s app supports in-network provider search, access to 24/7 Virtual Urgent Care, and messaging with its Care Team, which includes guides and nurses.[10] Its technology platform supports member outreach, personalized data insights, digital self-service, and automation of administrative processes such as claims handling and virtual care.[13]

Oscar’s +Oscar business offers Campaign Builder, an engagement and recommendation platform for providers and payors that uses predictive analytics and AI to personalize outreach and provides real-time reporting and analytics. In 2025, Oscar also acquired Lucie, a CMS-approved direct-enrollment and shopping platform; IHC Specialty Benefits, an individual medical and supplemental health brokerage; and Healthinsurance.org, a consumer health-insurance education platform.[5] The company reports one segment encompassing insurance and +Oscar services, and does not disclose product-specific revenue or premium percentages.[17] [3]

Oscar Health reports one operating and reportable segment, comprising its consolidated business. The segment focuses on selling health insurance through federal and state ACA exchanges and using its technology platform to provide services through the +Oscar Offering [17]. Accordingly, this single segment represents 100% of reported consolidated revenue; revenue for the six months ended June 30, 2026 was $9.527 billion. The company does not report separate revenue or contribution percentages for subsegments [22][23].

Individual and Small Group and the legacy Cigna+Oscar offering appear in membership and operating disclosures, not as separately reported segments. At June 30, 2026, Individual and Small Group had 2,963,002 members, while Cigna+Oscar membership was shown as zero; Oscar notes that it no longer offers small-group plans and that Cigna+Oscar was a former co-branded partnership [20].
