HubSpot’s products are built around Smart CRM, a shared customer-data platform that tracks contacts, interactions, activities and sales pipelines across its integrated software products. Breeze adds AI-assisted insights, automation, content generation and data enrichment, including an assistant and agents for automating workflows.[7][8]
Marketing Hub provides email and marketing automation, social media, search optimization, campaign reporting and analytics. Sales Hub includes email tracking and templates, meeting scheduling, lead scoring, sales automation, pipeline management, quoting and forecasting. Service Hub provides live chat, bots, ticketing and help-desk tools, routing, a knowledge base and customer-feedback tools.[9][10][11]
Content Hub combines content management with CRM data for creating and personalizing websites, landing pages, blogs, videos and podcasts. Operations Hub provides data synchronization, cleanup, quality tools and programmable automation. Commerce Hub supports B2B quoting, invoices, payment links, subscriptions and payment collection.[12][13][14]
HubSpot also offers customer support, onboarding, training and consulting, primarily through remote channels. Geographic presence
HubSpot is headquartered in Boston, Massachusetts. In 2025, it recorded $1.87 billion of revenue in the Americas (59.8% of total revenue), $1.01 billion in Europe (32.3%) and $248 million in Asia Pacific (7.9%). These regional figures are based on the location of the operations recording the revenue, rather than the location of customers. The United States accounted for 96% of Americas revenue, and Ireland accounted for 50% of Europe revenue. Separately, customers outside the United States generated approximately 48% of total revenue.[18][19][20][21]

Company history
HubSpot was co-founded by Brian Halligan and Dharmesh Shah. Its legal predecessor was formed in 2005 and converted to a Delaware corporation in 2007. The company developed software for inbound marketing and expanded into sales tools; it acquired marketing-automation provider Performable in 2011. HubSpot completed its initial public offering in October 2014, the same year its free customer relationship management (CRM) product entered the market.[24][25][26][27][28][29]
HubSpot continued broadening its platform beyond marketing, acquiring customer-data synchronization provider PieSync in 2019.
