Products & services

Hilton Grand Vacations’ vacation ownership interests (VOIs) include deeded fee-simple ownership in perpetuity, right-to-use interests, and trust-based interests represented by annual or biennial point allotments. Deeded interests generally provide a week of use each year or every other year; point-based interests let members use accommodations across participating collections, subject to availability and applicable fees. Its programs include Hilton Grand Vacations Club, Hilton Club, Hilton Vacation Club, HGV Max, Bluegreen Vacation Club and Diamond Collections.[8] Accommodations are generally studio-to-three-bedroom, condominium-style units; examples of features include full kitchens, in-unit washers and dryers, spas and kids’ clubs.[7] HGV Max offers expanded resort access and member benefits, including reservation options and Hilton Honors features, subject to program terms.[18]

Additional offerings include vacation-package sales and commissions, financing for VOI purchases, resort and club management, rentals of available accommodations and ancillary guest services such as food and beverage, retail and spa services.[19] VOI financing is generally provided through 10-year, fully amortizing fixed-rate loans secured by the VOI; the 2025 filing reports typical rates of 2.5%–25%.[20] For the six months ended June 30, 2026, reported revenue included $962 million from VOI sales, $319 million from fee-for-service commissions, package sales and other fees, $282 million from financing, $374 million from resort and club management, and $407 million from rental and ancillary services.[21] For 2025 contract sales, just-in-time sales were 9.2% and fee-for-service sales were 16.5% (25.7% combined).[22] [8]
