Coca-Cola Europacific Partners plc (CCEP) is a beverage company that makes, distributes and sells drinks under bottling agreements with The Coca-Cola Company and other brand owners. Its portfolio includes Coca-Cola, Sprite and Fanta, as well as beverages in categories such as hydration, coffee and ready-to-drink alcohol. CCEP describes its purpose as refreshing consumers and customers and making a difference.[1][2][3]

Coca-Cola Europacific Partners (CCEP) produces and distributes Coca-Cola Original Taste, Coca-Cola Zero Sugar and Diet Coke, alongside flavoured soft drinks such as Fanta and Sprite. Its portfolio also includes water, Powerade sports drinks, Fuze Tea, Costa Coffee ready-to-drink products and Monster energy drinks. Alcoholic ready-to-drink products include Jack Daniel’s & Coca-Cola and Absolut Vodka & Sprite. Product availability varies by market.[2][7][8]
CCEP sells beverages in a range of pack sizes and formats, including cans, beverage cartons, glass and PET bottles, pouches and aluminium bottles; some glass and PET bottles are refillable. For customer outlets, it supplies drinks through retail and hospitality channels and places cold-drink equipment such as coolers, vending machines, fountain dispensers and coffee machines.[9][10][11] In 2024, Coca-Cola products accounted for 59.3% of adjusted comparable sales volume, flavours and mixers 21.8%, water, sports drinks and ready-to-drink tea and coffee 11.8%, and other beverages, including energy drinks, 7.1%. Coca-Cola Europacific Partners operates across Europe and Australia, the Pacific and Southeast Asia (APS). Its European markets include Great Britain, Germany, Iberia (Spain, Portugal and Andorra), France and Monaco, Belgium and Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Sweden, Norway and Iceland. Its APS markets include Australia, New Zealand, the Pacific Islands, Papua New Guinea, Indonesia and the Philippines.[4][12] The company’s registered office is in Uxbridge, United Kingdom.[13]
In 2025, Europe generated €15.4 billion of revenue, approximately 74% of the €20.9 billion group total; APS generated €5.5 billion, approximately 26%.[14] The largest reported European geographies by revenue were Great Britain (€3.47 billion), Iberia (€3.43 billion), Germany (€3.20 billion) and France (€2.44 billion). In APS, Australia generated €2.36 billion, the Philippines €1.89 billion and Indonesia €328 million. Iberia is reported as a combined geography rather than as separate country revenues.[15] [4][12][13][14][15]

Company history
In 2010, The Coca-Cola Company acquired Coca-Cola Enterprises’ North American business, while its European operations continued under the Coca-Cola Enterprises name. In 2016, those European operations combined with Coca-Cola Iberian Partners and Coca-Cola Erfrischungsgetränke to form Coca-Cola European Partners. The new company was admitted to the UK market on 28 May 2016.[17][18][19][20]
In May 2021, Coca-Cola European Partners acquired Coca-Cola Amatil, extending the business into the Asia-Pacific region, and changed its name to Coca-Cola Europacific Partners. In February 2024, it and Aboitiz Equity Ventures jointly acquired Coca-Cola Beverages Philippines.[21][22][23] [17][18][19][20][21][22][23]
