Company history
China State Construction Engineering Corporation Limited was established in Beijing on 10 December 2007 as a joint-stock company, following approval by China’s state-owned assets regulator. Its founding shareholders were China State Construction Engineering Corporation, China National Petroleum Corporation, Baosteel Group Corporation and Sinochem Corporation; China State Construction Engineering Corporation was its parent.[22][23]
The company’s A shares began trading on the Shanghai Stock Exchange in July 2009, marking its transition into a publicly listed company.[23] [22][23]
