Celestica Inc. is a Toronto-headquartered technology company that designs, engineers and manufactures products and provides supply-chain solutions for customers worldwide. Its Connectivity and Cloud Solutions business serves communications, cloud and enterprise markets with products including networking equipment, servers and storage. Its Advanced Technology Solutions business serves aerospace and defense, industrial, health technology and capital-equipment markets.[1][2][3][4]

Products & services
Celestica’s Connectivity & Cloud Solutions (CCS) offerings include networking equipment, servers, storage systems and other data-center infrastructure. Its Hardware Platform Solutions (HPS) business designs and manufactures customized and white-box hardware platforms, with associated firmware and software. Named products include the DS5000, a 64-port 800GbE switch with 51.2 Tbps of switching capacity, and the SC6100, a dual-node all-flash storage controller supporting up to 24 dual-port U.2 PCIe Gen5 solid-state drives.[9][10][11][12]
Its Advanced Technology Solutions (ATS) offerings cover aerospace and defense electronics and enclosures; semiconductor and display equipment subsystems; industrial automation, controls and test equipment; medical devices and diagnostic systems; and energy and power-efficiency products. Across these businesses, Celestica provides engineering and product development, component sourcing, manufacturing and assembly, testing, systems integration, logistics, repair and other aftermarket services.[13][14]
In 2025, CCS accounted for 74% of revenue and ATS for 26%. HPS, which is included in CCS rather than reported as a separate segment, generated approximately $5.0 billion, or 41% of total revenue.[15][16] [9][10][13][14][15][15][16][11][12]
Geographic presence
Celestica is headquartered in Toronto, Canada, and operates sites across the Americas, Europe and Asia. Its footprint includes Canada, the United States and Mexico; Ireland, Romania and Spain; and China, India, Indonesia, Japan, Laos, Malaysia, the Philippines, Singapore, South Korea and Thailand.[6][17]
Celestica reports revenue geography by where products are manufactured, rather than by customer location. In 2025, approximately 75% of revenue was produced in Asia and 20% in North America. Thailand accounted for 59% of total revenue, while the United States and Malaysia each accounted for 10%.[18][19][20]
At December 31, 2025, Celestica had 20,392 employees in Asia, 6,485 in the Americas and 2,714 in Europe, for a total of 29,591.[8] [6][17][18][19][20][20][20][8][8][8][8]
Business segments
Celestica reports two business segments. Connectivity & Cloud Solutions (CCS) serves the Communications and Enterprise end markets, supplying products such as networking switches, optical systems, data-center racks, servers and storage. It also offers hardware platform design, manufacturing and related services. CCS accounted for approximately 74% of 2025 revenue; Communications contributed about 57% of total revenue and Enterprise about 17%.[2][21][22]
Advanced Technology Solutions (ATS) serves aerospace and defense, industrial, HealthTech and capital equipment markets. Its work includes manufacturing and engineering for aerospace and defense systems, semiconductor equipment, industrial controls and medical devices. ATS accounted for approximately 26% of 2025 revenue. Celestica reports those ATS markets together rather than disclosing a separate revenue contribution for each.[3][2][22] [2][21][3][15][15][15][15][22]
Company history
Celestica grew out of an IBM manufacturing business. Celestica North America was established within IBM in 1994, and an investor group led by Onex Corporation and Celestica management acquired it in October 1996. Celestica became publicly traded through a $415 million initial public offering in 1998, a year in which it also completed eight acquisitions.[23][24][25]
Expansion continued through manufacturing agreements and acquisitions, including an alliance with Motorola announced in 2000, an alliance with Avaya announced in 2001, and the acquisition of Manufacturers’ Services Limited, completed in 2004.[26][27][28] Later acquisitions broadened its capabilities: D&H Manufacturing added precision machining in 2012, Atrenne Integrated Solutions added aerospace and defense capabilities in 2018, and Singapore-based PCI expanded its design, engineering and manufacturing presence in Asia in 2021.[29][30][31] [23][24][25][26][27][28][29][30][31][23][24][25][26][27][28][29][30][31]
