"text": "Pacific Airport Group (Grupo Aeroportuario del Pacífico, S.A.B. de C.V., or GAP) operates, maintains, and develops airport infrastructure under concession. Its network comprises 12 airports in Mexico, primarily in the country’s Pacific region, and two airports in Jamaica, serving both aeronautical and non-aeronautical activities. [P149181785][https://www.aeropuertosgap.com.mx/en/about-us.html]\n\nFounded in 1998, GAP expanded into Jamaica in 2015 and 2019. Its 2025 total revenue was approximately Ps. 41.4 billion; its 14-airport network across Mexico and Jamaica is a key indicator of its scale and geographic presence. [P149180170][P149179340]\n\nGAP describes its mission as developing air transport in Mexico and Jamaica and its vision as becoming the leading private airport-services operator, with a focus on safety, efficiency, comfort, sustainability, and profitability. "text": "Pacific Airport Group’s principal offerings are airport services rather than manufactured products. Aeronautical services include access to airport facilities for aircraft and passengers, aircraft parking during loading and unloading, and longer-term apron parking; charges vary by factors including aircraft weight, flight route, and parking duration. [P149179521] At Montego Bay, its airport capabilities also support international passenger traffic, fixed-base operator (FBO) services, and cargo operations. [P149179485]\n\nNon-aeronautical services include retail and food-and-beverage concessions, duty-free shops, VIP lounges, car rentals, advertising, financial and communications services, commercial leasing, ground transport access, cargo and bonded-warehouse operations, and hotel operations. [T17125859] For car rentals, the group provides leased terminal space and designated parking, including customer-service counters and reservation booths. [P149179610] In Mexico, complementary services are provided by third parties. [P149180202]\n\nFor the year ended December 31, 2025, aeronautical services accounted for approximately 70.2% of combined aeronautical and non-aeronautical service revenue, with non-aeronautical services accounting for approximately 29.8% (calculated from reported revenue). [T17125754] Guadalajara International Airport has two parallel runways measuring 4,005 m and 3,583 m, an ILS Category I system, and stated capacity of about 52 air-traffic movements per hour following completion and certification of its second runway in 2024. "text": "For FY2025, Pacific Airport Group (GAP) reported its business by airport rather than by business activity. Its seven reportable airport segments were Guadalajara (28.1% of consolidated revenue), Tijuana (12.1%), Puerto Vallarta (13.5%), San José del Cabo (12.3%), Montego Bay (7.0%), Hermosillo (1.9%), and Guanajuato (4.0%). The report separately grouped its remaining airports as “Other Airports” (11.1%) and related service companies and corporate entities as “Other Companies” (9.9%). Percentages are approximate shares of consolidated revenue, calculated from reported segment revenues. [T17125870]\n\nGAP also discloses revenue by service category, which is a different view from its formal airport segments: aeronautical services, non-aeronautical services, and improvements to concession assets. Non-aeronautical activities include third-party-operated and directly operated businesses, such as cargo and bonded warehouses, food and beverage, car rentals, duty-free, retail, parking, convenience stores, and VIP lounges. "text": "Pacific Airport Group (GAP) was incorporated in May 1998 as a state-owned company to manage, operate and develop 12 airports, primarily in Mexico’s Pacific region, within the country’s airport privatization program. The concessions for those airports began on November 1, 1998, with initial terms of 50 years. [P149181785][P149179340][P149180170]\n\nIn 1999, the Mexican government transferred an 85% interest in GAP to a trust within development bank NAFIN. In February 2006, NAFIN sold that stake in GAP’s IPO; GAP’s shares subsequently traded on the Mexican Stock Exchange and its ADRs on the NYSE. [P149179372][https://www.aeropuertosgap.com.mx/en/investors/36-inversionistas.html] GAP expanded beyond Mexico in 2015 by acquiring DCA, which held a 74.5% interest in the operator of Jamaica’s Sangster International Airport; the acquisition was completed in April. That December, GAP inaugurated the Cross Border Xpress pedestrian bridge linking Tijuana Airport with the United States.
