      "text": "Ermenegildo Zegna was founded in 1910, when Ermenegildo Zegna established a wool mill in Trivero, Italy. The business later expanded from textiles into luxury fashion and international retail, opening boutiques in Paris in 1980, Milan and New York in 1985, and subsequently London, Tokyo, Beijing and Hong Kong. The third generation of the Zegna family joined the business from 1979 onward; Gildo and Paolo Zegna became co-CEOs in 1998, and Gildo became sole CEO in 2006, with Paolo as chairman.
