      "text": "Banque Cantonale Vaudoise (BCV) was established by a decree of the Vaud Grand Council on 19 December 1845 to support the canton’s economic development. Its postwar expansion included a network of 27 branches by 1945, followed by a decentralized regional structure introduced in 1981.
